Spinal Cord Injury Association of Illinois (formerly NSCIA, Illinois Chapter) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing information and support resources for people paralyzed by trauma and medical conditions, family members, and health care and related professionals that serve the SCI community. Our office is located in LaGrange, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, but we serve the entire state.
