Skokie Public Library's Teen Corner Video

I can truly say that this is probably the best video we have done so far. It is very humorous and cheesy. Yet it shows everything that you can use in our very own Teen Corner. If I speak for everyone that has worked on this video, I'd say that we had a lot of fun making this. Everyone's contribution to the making of this video helped us show our best. We are all very thankful to Clare Keating, who edited all of our videos. I was not speaking for myself, because if I was I would keep on babbling on about how awesome you guys are, but I was speaking from all of us volunteers who work in the SkokieNet office. We are truly grateful to work with such wonderful people.

You don't have to tell jokes. You don't even have to be particularly happy. You just have to be willing to smile, laugh and breathe.
The Yoga component consists of simple breathing exercises. You might want to bring water. You do not need a mat.
Laughter Yoga is an exercise program that uses laughter as a tool to bring about positive health benefits.
The certified laughter yoga leader, Phylis C. Sugar, will lead you in laughter and breathing exercises.
