Fall Junior High Softball Camp Begins September 7

The Niles Township High School District 219 Athletic Departments and Youth Softball Development will hold the first camp program specifically designed for junior high school softball players. The Fall Junior High Softball Camp is for girls entering sixth through eighth grade in the fall of 2010.

 

Camp will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays starting September 7 and running through October 30 (a total of 24 sessions) at Niles West High School, 5701 W.

Downtown Merchants Will Hold Sidewalk Sales During Backlot Bash

 

Downtown Skokie Merchants will hold outdoor sidewalk sales from this weekend, August 27th through August 29th, as part of the Village's Backlot Bash.

The Niles North Theater Department opens its 2010-2011 season with the Director’s Circle production of August Strindberg’s “Miss Julie.”  Strindberg’s play is set in the 1880s and deals with themes of class structure and feminism.
