Artist Gamaliel Ramirez tells how he and his team created this mural in Paseo Boricua. Ramirez has led several mural projects, including one mural painted years earlier that he restored. The SkokieNet Librarian stopped by the neighborhood near Humboldt Park to see how the community was working with the local library.
