You don't have to tell jokes. You don't even have to be particularly happy. You just have to be willing to smile, laugh and breathe.
The Yoga component consists of simple breathing exercises. You might want to bring water. You do not need a mat.
Laughter Yoga is an exercise program that uses laughter as a tool to bring about positive health benefits.
The certified laughter yoga leader, Phylis C. Sugar, will lead you in laughter and breathing exercises.
As with any exercise program, please consult your doctor before attending if you have any serious physical or emotional problems. If you have any questions, please email Phylis at pcsugar@mac.com
